A presentation of Obsign. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a commitment; a commercial relationship starts with a signed contract, not with a page. No price is published here.
Accuracy
The technical claims describe the software as it is built, and the incidents cited link to their sources so that you can check them rather than believe us. The site is kept current on a best-effort basis, and a page can lag behind the product.
Availability
The site is served as it is, with no guarantee of availability. It can change or move without notice.
Links out
Links to third-party pages are citations. What those pages say is their publishers’ responsibility, and they can change or disappear without us being told.
The software
The Obsign core is distributed separately under the Apache-2.0 licence. Your rights over the software come from that licence, not from this page. Support and compliance work is contracted separately.
Applicable law
French law. Any dispute over this site falls to the competent French courts.
